Steve the manager and Samantha his assistant have over

15 years experience in running bars and restaurants between them.  They are both passionate about providing great customer service and emphasising just how vibrant and interesting a well run independent restaurant can be.

Antony is the bar manager and again brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in a number of city centre venues before Bodega.  Again Antony is passionate about his trade and strives to make sure him and his team provide you with the opportunity to enjoy some of the best drinks South America has to offer.
